This Credit Policy explains the principles and rules Ohere Technologies Limited ("Ohere", "we", "us" or "our") uses to assess applications, structure credit products, determine credit limits and user-specific interest rates, manage billing cycles, review accounts, and address delinquency and default.
This Policy is not a promise that every applicant will be approved and is not, by itself, a credit offer or debit mandate. The terms that apply to an individual user are contained in the user's Key Facts Summary, Credit Offer, Credit Card Agreement, account statement, applicable fee schedule, secured-card or collateral terms, and any separately accepted repayment or Global Standing Instruction (GSI) mandate.
Where this Policy conflicts with an individually issued Credit Offer or mandatory law, the mandatory law and the specific binding agreement will apply to the extent of the conflict.
Ohere Technologies Limited is a Nigerian financial technology and credit company. Ohere Credit is a revolving credit-card product designed to help eligible users manage planned expenses, build verifiable repayment behaviour and grow access to credit responsibly.
Ohere Credit is not an automatic cash loan or an urgent personal-loan product. Applying does not guarantee an unsecured card, a requested credit amount or immediate access to cash. Depending on the assessment, Ohere may offer an unsecured card, a secured card backed by refundable collateral, a lower limit, request additional information, place the application under manual review, or be unable to offer credit at that time.
