Ohere Technologies Limited Credit Card Agreement

This Credit Card Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions between Ohere Technologies Limited ("Ohere," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("the Cardholder," "you," or "your"). By signing up for and using the Ohere credit card, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read this document carefully before applying for our credit card services.

1. Definitions

• Billing Cycle: A 28-day period during which transactions are recorded, followed by a 14-day grace period.
• Credit Limit: The maximum amount of credit that we will extend to you.
• Interest Rate: The percentage charged on the outstanding balance after the grace period.
• Transaction Fees: Fees associated with specific credit card transactions such as ATM withdrawals or online purchases.
• Grace Period: A 14-day window after the billing cycle where no interest is charged if the balance is paid in full.
• Guaranteed Credit: Credit that is backed by your employer, reducing the interest rate.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to qualify for our credit card:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a resident of Nigeria with a valid government-issued ID.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
• Successfully pass Ohere's credit assessment process.
