1. SCOPE OF POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all payments, fees, and charges processed through Ohere Technologies Limited's credit card services, including payments made via automated debit card payments through third-party payment processors.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Transaction fees (0.5% of transaction amount)
• ATM withdrawal fees (₦35 + 0.5%)
• Authorization fees (₦5 per transaction)
• Credit
• Accrued interest charges on unpaid balances
• Credit extension service fees

These fees are charged for services rendered and cannot be reversed once the service has been provided.

3. REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

3.1 Overpayments

If you pay more than your outstanding credit balance:
